This policy describes how ProposalFlow handles subscription refunds and billing disputes.

Subscription refunds

ProposalFlow generally does not provide automatic refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time. Users should cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Exceptional refund requests

We may review refund requests in cases such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or clear service failure. Refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email 1015277743@qq.com with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request.

Chargebacks

If a user believes a charge is unauthorized, they should contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
